Instructions
1. In the paper industry, the fluorescent whitening agent VBL can be dissolved in water and added to the pulp or paint.
In the paper industry, use 80 times of water to dissolve the fluorescent whitening agent VBL and add it to the pulp or coating. The amount is 0.1-0.3% of the weight of the bone-dry pulp or the bone-dry coating.
2. In the printing and dyeing industry, the fluorescent whitening agent VBL can be directly added to the dyeing vat, and it can be used after being dissolved in water.
Dosage
0.08-0.3%, bath ratio: 1:40, best dyeing bath temperature: 60℃
Storage and Precautions
1. It is recommended to store the fluorescent whitening agent VBL in a cool, dry place and avoid light. The storage period is 2 years.
2. The storage period of fluorescent whitening agent VBL is more than 2 months. A small amount of crystals are allowed, and the use effect will not be affected during the shelf life.
3. The brightener VBL can be mixed with anionic and non-ionic surfactants, direct, acidic and other anionic dyes, paints, etc. It is not suitable to be used in the same bath with cationic dyes, surfactants, and synthetic resins.
4. The best water quality should be soft water, which should not contain metal ions such as copper and iron and free chlorine, and it should be prepared as soon as it is used.
5. The dosage of the fluorescent whitening agent VBL should be appropriate, the whiteness will decrease or even turn yellow when it is excessive. It is recommended that the dosage should not exceed 0.5%.
