Properties
ST-2 high-efficiency fluorescent whitening agent can be arbitrarily dispersed in soft water, acid and alkali resistance is pH=6-11, it can be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants or dyes, non-ionic surfactants, and hydrogen peroxide. Used in coatings, organic salts are incompatible with organics, and the coatings are easy to migrate and yellow after drying. ST-2 effectively solves the weather resistance and migration resistance of the coatings, and can keep the coatings lasting as new after application.
Application
Used for acrylic latex paint, acrylic and polyurethane synthetic water-based wood paint, polyurethane water-based paint, real stone paint, waterproof coating, colorful paint, dry powder mortar, dry powder putty, construction glue, water-based color paste and other water-based coating products with various process formulations, Small addition amount, good whitening and brightening effect! Instructions
According to different coating processes, there are three ways to add fluorescent whitening agent: 1. The fluorescent whitening agent is added during the color paste grinding process (that is, the color paste preparation process), and then it is fully ground until the particles are less than 20um uniformly dispersed. In the paint. 2. After grinding the fluorescent whitening agent finely, add it to the paint via a high-speed disperser. 3. In the production process, dissolve the fluorescent whitening agent with a mixture of about 30-40 degrees of warm water and 1/80 of water and ethanol, then add it to the water-based paint, and then fully stir and disperse it evenly.
