Scope of Application
Fluorescent brightener PF-3 is mainly used for whitening and brightening PVC, polystyrene, polyacrylate, polyester film, high and low pressure polyethylene, ABS, plexiglass, business cards, high-grade paper, etc.
Dosage
Application method: Mix the optical brightener PF-3 in the selected plasticizer at 0.03-0.1% of the weight of the plastic, and then continue with the plastic processing technology used. Note here that it must be mixed well.
Fluorescent brightener PF-3 can be dissolved with plasticizer and then milled into a suspension with three rolls to form a mother liquor. Then stir in the PF-3 plastic fluorescent whitening agent suspension uniformly during the processing, and shape it at a certain temperature (the time depends on the temperature), generally at 120~150℃ for about 30 minutes, and 180~190℃ for about 1 minute. That is to produce a good whitening and brightening effect. Or mix all kinds of raw materials first, and finally add PF brightener, mix evenly at 160 ℃ for about 5 minutes, and then roll into shape.
