Performance characteristics

Fluorescent whitening agent AMS is considered to be a very good fluorescent whitening agent for detergents. Due to the introduction of morpholine group, many properties of the brightener have been improved. For example, the acid resistance is increased and the perborate resistance is also very good, which is suitable for the whitening of cellulose fiber, polyamide fiber and fabric.

The ionization property of AMS is anionic, and the tone is cyan and with better chlorine bleaching resistance than VBL and #31. The biggest characteristics of AMS used in washing powder include high mixing amount, high accumulated washing whiteness, which can meet the requirements of any mixing amount in detergent industry.

Scope of application

1. It is suitable for detergents. When mixed with synthetic washing powder, soap and toilet soap, it can make its appearance white and pleasing to the eye, crystal clear and plump.

2.It can be used to whiten cotton fiber, nylon and other fabrics; it has very good whitening effect on man-made fiber, polyamide and vinylon; it also has good whitening effect on protein fiber and amino plastic.

Usage

The solubility of AMS in water is lower than that of VBL and #31, which can be adjusted into 10% suspension by hot water. The prepared solution should be used as soon as possible avoid direct sunlight. The recommended dosage is 0.08-0.4% in washing powder and 0.1-0.3% in printing and dyeing industry.
