Appearance: light amber liquid

Dyeing shade: blue and green light

PH value: about 3 (1% aqueous solution)

Performance and Characteristics

1. Suitable for dip dyeing and continuous pad dyeing of cotton fabrics, wool and nylon fabrics;

2. Better whitening effect and higher economy;

3. Suitable for a relatively wide temperature range;

4. It has good acid-base stability (pH=2-12);

5. For reducing agents, hard water has good stability and is resistant to sodium hypochlorite bleaching;

6. This product has average washing fastness and low affinity, which is suitable for pad dyeing process.

Instructions

A is used for cotton fabric:

1. Dyeing process:

Prescription: fluorescent whitening agent NFW-L 1.5-6.0%; o.w.f 3-5g/L anhydrous sodium sulphate

Liquor ratio: 10: 1- -20: 1; time/temperature: 20-50°Cx 15-30 minutes.

2. Pad dyeing process:

Prescription: fluorescent whitening agent NFW-L 2-20g/L; hydrogen peroxide: xg/L sodium hydroxide: xg/L.

Process: 150-160°C x 60 seconds

3. Resin finishing and pad dyeing process:

Prescription: Fluorescent Brightener NFW-L: 2-20g/L Resin (Melamine): xg/L; Resin Catalyst: xg/L

Process: Rolling rate: 80-100% drying at 135°Cx60 seconds; fixation: 150-160°C x 60 seconds.

B for wool fabric/silk

Dyeing process

Prescription: Fluorescent brightener NFW-L 0.5-2.0% o.w.f adjust pH=4 with acetic acid

Liquor ratio: 40: 1- -20: 1; time/temperature: 50-60°Cx60-120 minutes.

C is used for the dip dyeing process of nylon fabrics

Prescription: Fluorescent brightener NFW-L 0.5-2.0% o.w.f adjust pH=4-6 with acetic acid

Liquor ratio: 20: 1- -10: 1; Time/temperature: 100°C x 20-60 minutes.
