Production Method
1-methyl-4-acetylnaphthalene and potassium dichromate are oxidized for 18h at 200-300 ℃ and about 4MPa; 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene can also be obtained by liquid phase oxidation at 120 ℃ and about 3kpa with cobalt manganese bromide as catalyst.
