Applications

Instructions

According to different coating processes, there are three ways to add fluorescent whitening agent:

    1. The fluorescent whitening agent is added as a powder product in the color paste grinding process (that is, the color paste preparation process), and then it is fully ground until the particles are less than 20um uniformly dispersed in the paint.

    2. After grinding the fluorescent whitening agent finely, add it to the paint via a high-speed disperser.

    3. In the production process, dissolve the fluorescent whitening agent with a mixture of about 30-40 degrees of warm water and 1/80 of water and ethanol, then add it to the water-based paint, and then disperse it evenly by fully stirring. The addition amount is 0.02-0.05% of the weight of the coating.
