Production Method
Adipic acid and thionyl chloride were mixed in the weight ratio of 1: (6-10) and refluxed for 20-60 h in the presence of pyridine catalyst. The solvent was evaporated and the residue was heated at 140-160 ℃ for 3-7 H. Thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid was obtained by sodium hydroxide treatment, acid precipitation, filtration, decolorization and purification.
Application
The fluorescent whitening agent EBF was prepared by condensation of the product with o-aminophenol. This brightener can be used for nylon, polyester, polypropylene, chloro and triacetic acid fibers. It is a product with excellent properties. It is mainly used in the preparation of fluorescent whitening agent, mainly used in the whitening of synthetic fiber, EVA, PVC, plastic and rubber, and can be used in the whitening of plastic film, compression molding materials, injection molding materials, etc
